Our Beliefs

We Are A Team Founded On Strong Beliefs. Beliefs that Manifest Themselves In The Way We Train.

We Believe The Health And Safety Of The Athlete Comes First.

We Believe The Dignity, Worth, And Self-Esteem Should Be Paramount.

We Believe Winning Is An Attitude, It Comes From Intense Preparation, And A Deep Commitment To Excel.

We Believe Open Communication And Mutual Respect Among Coaches, Parents, And Players.

We Believe Positive Parent Support And Involvement Will Enhance Player Growth And Program Quality.

We Believe That By Providing An Environment Which Rewards Dedication, Determination, Cooperation, And Hard Work That The players Will Build The Foundation They Need To Ensure Their Success As Young Adults.

Winning A Ball Game Is Not Our Number One Priority;

Trying To Win With, Fair Play, Good Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Hard Work,

Learning Not To Give Up When Behind (Or Letting Up When Ahead),

Learning To Get Along With People, Even With Those Who You Might Not   Ordinarily Associate, Is A Priority.

We Want Our Players To Encourage A Teammate To Do Her Best, Even When She Makes A Mistake.

From The Time I Started Coaching Over 20 Years Ago To The Present Day, I Have Tried To Stay True To These Beliefs. They Are The Driving Force Behind What We Were, What We Are, And What We Strive To Become. Through Every Change That Has Taken Place And Will Take Place In Our Organization, These Beliefs Keeps Us Focused On The Fact That We Are In A Business That Can Make A Difference In People's Lives.

Aces Player's Creed

Understanding that I must accept my role of a team player.

I hold myself to the 10 points of the Aces Creed while training or playing.

1. I will be suited up, stretched, and ready to go 15 minutes before the team is expected to arrive for training or a game.

2. My equipment will always be clean. I will never drag dirt or mud into any indoor training facility.

3. My shirt will always be tucked in, whether in a game or at practice.

4. I will NEVER be heard saying anything disrespectful towards a team mate, opponent, coach, or umpire.

5. I will never use foul language, and will hold my team mates to this same standard.

6. I will always complete every drill to its fullest.

7. I will always be encouraging to my team mates regardless of whether they play well or not.

8. I will never allow my team to leave a dugout after a game until all trash has been picked up, even if it was there when we got there.

9. I will lead my team out onto the field every time we take the field.

10. I will thank my parents for the opportunity to play organized sports, acknowledging the many sacrifices they make to allow me to play.
