Don't ever, ever, believe anyone who tells you that you can just get by, by doing the easiest thing possible. Because there's always somebody behind you who really wants to do what you're doing. And they're going to work harder than you if you're not working hard.
LEADER DEFINED...
A team leader is not necessarily the player that has the best batting average, most home runs, best pitching record etc. Players with good stats are important to the team, but they may not be the team "leader." The team leader is the player who puts the team's interest above his/her own. The leader is the one that does things without being told. The team leader is like another assistant coach.
